ATTENTION - Prescribing Policy:
We do NOT prescribe long-term daily use of benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Klonopin).
Stimulants for ADHD are prescribed when clinically appropriate, with regular monitoring checks (PDMP) and drug testing.

Practice Policy - We do NOT provide the following services:
 Long-term disability/ Social Security Disability Determinations (SSDI), Court Ordered Evaluations, Child Custody Evaluations 
Workers' Comp, Surgical clearances, or Service Animal Letters.
